This lot appears in generation two where Max begins his new job in Chapter 2.7 When Darkness Falls. This lot can be set as a community lot (coffee shop, university hangout, cafe or visitors allowed) or as a residential lot due to the loft that resides on the 2nd level. Little Dreams Academy & Daycare
This is the daycare where Adelia and Jennica attend in generation two. I have packaged it up as a Visitors Allowed type of community lot, however, it can also be set as a Academy or if you are going to use it for a story, I would suggest setting it as a residential lot so you can have more control over your Sims.
